Who we are

This website is run by Evergreen Group (Asbestos) Ltd, company number 16945476. For any privacy question, email info@evergreengroupwales.co.uk or call 07707 935871.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email, area, the service you're interested in and details about the job.

We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Who we share it with

Where a job needs a subcontractor or an independent laboratory, we share only the details needed to do the work. Our website and data storage providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and job records for as long as the law or our insurance requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
