About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website, run by Evergreen Group (Asbestos) Ltd (company number 16945476). Work we carry out for you will be covered by the written quote we give you.

Quotes

A small fee may apply for jobs a long way away, to cover time and costs; we'll always tell you before booking.

Each quote sets out the scope of work and is based on what we can see and access on the day.

Payment

A deposit may be taken on larger jobs. Where a project is expected to take longer than three weeks, stage payments can be agreed.

Scope of our work

We carry out non-licensed and notifiable non-licensed asbestos work. Work that requires a licence can be arranged through trusted specialist contractors.

Laboratory analysis and air testing are carried out by an independent contractor.

Plastering, roofing, flood and fire remediation, and larger projects may be carried out by our trusted subcontractors.

Guarantees

Plastering and roofing guarantees follow the manufacturer's guarantee for the materials used.
